ITIL^® V3 Intermediate Lifecycle: Service Strategy (SS) exam voucher through Loyalist Certification Services (LCS). 

This voucher will allow the a participant to schedule and take the web based ITIL^® V3 Intermediate Lifecycle: Service Strategy certification exam through Loyalist Certification Services. Prior to taking the exam, the participant must provide LCS proof of either ITIL® v3 Foundation or Foundation Bridge certification, and provide the certificate of completion of the ITIL^® V3 Intermediate Lifecycle: Service Strategy elearning course (provided to the candidate by Pultorak & Associates after completion of either the Online or CBT course).

The participant will recieve an email instructing them how to login to the LCS voucher redemption system and provide information needed to schedule the exam. The exam must be taken in a public venue (office, conference room, library, etc) and overseen by a proctor. During the scheduling, the participant will need to provide the proctor's name and email address. After scheduling and submission of proof of v3 Certification and course completion, the proctor will be sent information regarding how to oversee and supervise the testing process.
